Our founding board consists of seven expert educators who are dedicated to advancing the vision of creative, curious, and collaborative learning that empowers children and communities to be confident and self-realized global citizens. We bring a range of experience across early childhood, primary and secondary education, African science education, grant management, school administration, and community organizing. This first year, we have worked together to establish our organization, fundraise from our community, and begin grant application writing. This has enabled our partner, FSCSPCO, to host  training for woreda parents in personal finance and life skills to promote their children’s wellbeing, and training for public school teachers, conducted by the Kelem International.
